The Cities of Chico, Oroville, and Paradise are hosting a bonus weekend of artist open studio tours for those who missed out on the event in October. You can see the first floor of the Bidwell Mansion Museum for free, and enjoy other themed activities for a low cost! This is a good weekend for fun in Butte County.
